Registration covers dancing, workshops, cabins/camping, meals and snacks from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. Event held at scenic Luccock Park Camp one mile from the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness boundary. For more details see: Venue, Food & Lodging and Recreation.

You will be officially registered for Summergreen once your payment is processed. Your order confirmation email confirms your registration. If you pay by check, you will receive an email once your check is processed.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations received before July 5, $25 will be retained. For cancellations after July 5, a 50% refund will be issued. If you need to cancel due to illness the week of the event, $25 will be retained. For online or credit card transactions the registrant’s portion of processing fees cannot be refunded.
